Pietro Alessandro Barcellona is an Associate Lawyer of PSP Legal and he is the Head of data protection department. He also collaborates with PSP Legal in the area of international business law.
Over the course of his career, dedicated to the main areas of civil law and labour law, he has developed specific experience in advisory services on the protection of personal data (privacy).
He provides assistance in this sector by dealing with compliance with current regulations, carrying out analyses, auditing, preparing or revising privacy forms and offering general advice on fulfilling all the obligations imposed by the GDPR and current legislation. He provides Data Protection Officer (D.P.O.) services.
He also deals with international business contracts, providing advice on the drafting of sale and purchase contracts, commercial distribution, protection of know-how and intellectual property rights, and also offering assistance with litigation before national courts or arbitration boards.

Michele Feltrin is founding partner of PSP Legal.
Over the course of his professional career he has developed extensive experience in contractual, business and corporate matters, assisting Italian and foreign companies operating in different industrial and commercial sectors, offering them advisory and assistance services both on an ongoing basis and in the context of extraordinary business and corporate transactions.
He has gained specific expertise in international business contracts and particularly in the internationalization of companies entering foreign markets and of foreign companies settling in Italy.
In addition, he handles international business disputes both in Italy and supporting foreign lawyers in legal and arbitration proceedings within foreign jurisdiction.
He also provides advisory services and drafts legal documents pertaining to corporate relations, as well as offering assistance to the various corporate bodies and functions.
He is a member of the Board of Directors and of the Board of Statutory Auditors of leading industrial and business companies.
He works in Italian, English and Spanish.
He is a member of the Treviso Bar Association.
