We provide advisory services on the management of employment relations, assistance and advice on the drafting of employment contracts, on the management of disputes between employer and employee relating to disciplinary actions, transfers, contractual status, demotion, mobbing, pay differences, and the like.
The firm also manages disputes against social security administration, as well as those regarding the appeal against sanctions for the violation of employment relations regulations imposed by the Authorities responsible for supervision and control (Provincial Labour Directors, Health Authority, and the like).

In the real estate area, we handle all aspects of property and other real rights (easements, usufruct), condominium issues, relations between neighbours, ordinary and extraordinary usucapion procedures.
We also provide assistance and advice on real estate transactions, supporting Clients who request it through all the stages that normally precede and follow the purchase or exchange of properties.
We also handle the drafting of leases for residential, business or temporary use, as well as the management of disputes relating to leasing relationships.
We have particular experience and knowledge regarding all critical issues that can arise following the opening of the succession, from assistance and advice in the preparation of wills, to the management of delicate disputes between co-heirs (reduction actions, divisions of the estate and related problems).

Industrial and commercial building: we guarantee the provision of a comprehensive advisory service until the obtaining of building titles and authorizations, including landscape permits, as well as assistance in case of abuses and related amnesties, in matters concerning construction, landscaping, seismic activity, hydraulics, commercial building, occupation of public land, etc.
Environmental and energy law: we provide assistance with procedures for obtaining the required permits, including the construction and management of renewable energy plants, and with fulfilling legal obligations and handling related disputes concerning waste and the environment.
Public contracts: our firm handles the preparation and participation in open public procedures for the awarding of contracts in all fields; as well as the management of any in and out of court disputes concerning the execution of contracts or public concessions.

Angela Toffoli, a specialist in this area of the law, completed a second degree in canon law at the San Pio Institute in Venice, and is therefore qualified to argue marriage annulment cases before the ecclesiastical courts.
