Business crisis - Bankruptcy law

Labour law, social security and industrial relations
PSP Legal uses its specialized expertise to deal with every issue relating to individual or collective employment relations.
We provide advisory services on the management of employment relations, assistance and advice on the drafting of employment contracts, on the management of disputes between employer and employee relating to disciplinary actions, transfers, contractual status, demotion, mobbing, pay differences, and the like.

In the real estate area, we handle all aspects of property and other real rights (easements, usufruct), condominium issues, relations between neighbours, ordinary and extraordinary usucapion procedures.
We also provide assistance and advice on real estate transactions, supporting Clients who request it through all the stages that normally precede and follow the purchase or exchange of properties.
We also handle the drafting of leases for residential, business or temporary use, as well as the management of disputes relating to leasing relationships.
We have particular experience and knowledge regarding all critical issues that can arise following the opening of the succession, from assistance and advice in the preparation of wills, to the management of delicate disputes between co-heirs (reduction actions, divisions of the estate and related problems).

In addition, PSP Legal offers assistance, both to private individuals and Public Administrations, with administrative actions before Regional Administrative Courts, the Council of State and the Court of Auditors, as well as disputes before the Ordinary Judge, in matters relating to construction, urban planning, environmental law, energy law, public contracts, public tenders, licenses and administrative authorizations, acts and provisions of Authorities in general.

Angela Toffoli, a specialist in this area of the law, completed a second degree in canon law at the San Pio Institute in Venice, and is therefore qualified to argue marriage annulment cases before the ecclesiastical courts.
