Angela Toffoli is an Associate Lawyer of PSP Legal and she is the Head of debt recovery and civil debt enforcement department, as well as family, canon and minors law.
Over the course of her career working as a trustee of leading banks and specialised companies, she has gained very extensive and specific experience in debt recovery.
She has in-depth knowledge of enforcement procedures, and holds the role of Vice President of the A.F.V.G. (bar association for judicial sales) at the Pordenone Court.
She is also an expert in banking law.
In 2009 she graduated in Canon Law at the San Pio X Institute of Venice, and is therefore qualified to argue marriage annulment cases before the ecclesiastic courts.
She also deals with family law, handling separations and divorces with professionalism, empathy and the ability to listen.
She works in Italian and English.
She is a member of the Pordenone Bar Association.
