Maria Dolores Bottari is an Associate Lawyer of PSP Legal and she is the Head of Administrative Law Department .

For over twenty years she has been dealing with administrative actions before Regional Administrative Courts, the Council of State and the Court of Account, offering her professional services both to private individuals and to Public Administrations, with particular focus on matters relating to construction and urban planning, public contracts, public tenders, environmental law and energy law.

Within these same areas she also offers advisory services, giving written and oral opinions or providing assistance with drafting administrative legal documents, public-private agreements, framework agreements and deed of obligation, regulations, management of out-of-court disputes.

She is currently Consultant for the Order of Architects, Landscape Planners and Conservators of the Province of Treviso.

She serves, and has served, as a member of the Building Commission of different Municipal Administrations of the Province of Treviso.

She has participated and participates as speaker at conferences and seminars on building, urban planning and environmental matters.

She is a member of the Supervisor Board of a public subsidiary that operates in the provision of public services, and in this capacity she deals with matters concerning the preparation, management and application of the Organizational Model pursuant to Legislative Decree no. 231/2001.

She speaks English and French.

She is a member of the Treviso Bar Association.
